This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys supporting attorneys through all stages of the litigation process. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support, manage case deadlines, coordinate client communications, prepare court filings, and ensure attorneys remain organized and responsive to client needs. Responsibilities Litigation Support · Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals · Assist with case management throughout the litigation lifecycle · Track deadlines, court dates, and case milestones · Support attorneys in meeting critical filing and litigation deadlines · Assist with trial and hearing preparation activities Document Preparation & Court Filings · Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents · Prepare and electronically file court documents · Ensure filings comply with court rules and procedural requirements · Maintain accuracy and consistency across all legal documentation Calendar & Deadline Management · Manage attorney calendars and scheduling · Coordinate meetings, court appearances, depositions, and client appointments · Monitor deadlines and follow-up requirements · Ensure timely completion of litigation-related tasks Client & Attorney Support · Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors · Coordinate client communications and attorney follow-ups · Assist with meeting preparation and scheduling logistics · Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service File & Administrative Management · Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files · Process expense reports and administrative documentation · Assist with transcription and dictation projects · Ensure case records remain complete, organized, and accessible Workflow Coordination · Anticipate attorney needs and proactively provide support · Prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously · Maintain confidentiality regarding client and firm matters · Support overall office operations as needed Requirements · Prior litigation support experience within a law firm or legal office · Experience preparing pleadings and court filings · Familiarity with litigation procedures and court processes · Strong Microsoft Office skills · Excellent written and verbal communication abilities · Strong organizational and multitasking skills · Exceptional attention to detail · Professional client-service mindset · Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines · High level of discretion and confidentiality Preferred Qualifications · Legal Studies coursework or related education · Experience with litigation management software · Experience with court e-filing systems · Experience with iManage · Experience with Kofax/Nuance · Experience supporting multiple attorneys Benefits Competitive Base Salary + Benefits
