Role Description We're looking for a highly motivated, competitive, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales organization. In this hybrid inbound/outbound role, you'll generate new business opportunities and build pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging decision-makers across federal, state and local government agencies, as well as large commercial enterprises. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you'll execute strategic outreach campaigns that combine cold calling, personalized email, LinkedIn engagement, and account-based prospecting. You'll help introduce organizations to Casepoint's industry-leading platform for eDiscovery, investigations, information governance, FOIA, compliance, and regulatory operations, creating opportunities that drive meaningful business outcomes for our customers. What You’ll Do - Research, identify, and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers across enterprise, government, and regulated industries. - Execute strategic outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified pipeline opportunities. - Engage Directors, VPs, and C-level executives to understand business challenges, qualify opportunities, and create interest in Casepoint's solutions. - Generate qualified pipeline for the enterprise and public sector sales teams by identifying and engaging high-value prospects. - Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to develop account-based outreach strategies and coordinated campaigns. - Leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and other sales technologies to improve targeting, engagement, and productivity. - Develop expertise in eDiscovery, investigations, information governance, FOIA, compliance, and regulatory workflows to effectively position Casepoint's platform and solutions. - Consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics while maintaining accurate CRM records, conducting account research, and continuously refining outreach strategies. Qualifications - 1–3 years of Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology, legal technology, or govtech environment. - Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding outbound activity, meeting-setting, and pipeline generation targets. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build credibility with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders. - Confident executing multi-channel prospecting strategies including phone, email, LinkedIn, and account-based outreach. - Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset and a desire to build a career in enterprise sales. - Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Ability to research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and tailor messaging to different buyer personas. - Experience selling into enterprise, public sector, legal, compliance, risk, investigations, or information governance markets is a strong plus. - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
