Job Requirements
- 3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory).**
- Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement.
- Strong experience using **LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing techniques.**
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments.
