Senior/Lead Data Scientist

• Liderar tecnicamente projetos de modelagem e análise, desde a concepção até a entrega em produção, garantindo qualidade técnica e alinhamento com os objetivos de negócio; • Definir e disseminar boas práticas de engenharia de variáveis, arquitetura de features e estruturação de dados, elevando o padrão técnico do time; • Analisar dados para gerar insights estratégicos em diferentes frentes do negócio, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e riscos emergentes e traduzindo essas descobertas em decisões concretas; • Desenvolver, implementar e validar modelos e ferramentas de machine learning — como modelos de scoring, propensão, churn e segmentação — sendo referência técnica para o time nas escolhas de abordagem e metodologia.
Job Requirements
- Domínio em Python e suas bibliotecas para data science, além de SQL e PySpark;
- Sólida base de estatística e machine learning, com capacidade de escolher, defender e documentar a melhor abordagem para cada problema de negócio;
- Experiência prática no desenvolvimento de variáveis preditivas a partir de fontes estruturadas e não estruturadas, incluindo dados transacionais e alternativos;
- Vivência com projetos de modelagem preditiva em contextos de alta escala e complexidade — seja em classificação, regressão, ranking ou otimização;
- Experiência sólida com a plataforma Databricks;
- Excelente habilidade de comunicação para discutir resultados complexos e influenciar a tomada de decisão com stakeholders de negócio e tecnologia.

Role Description At Leap Tools, we are building the world's most advanced solutions for the interior décor industry. Our technology lets you preview products in your own room before you buy them.
