• The Project manager will be required to organize, plan, and execute assigned duties to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment. • The position will require vision for process/approach development and improvement, technical data skills to pull data, analytical experience to understand the data, and communication skills to summarize and present to a cross functional audience • Work with Channel Team to assist with daily needs and special projects. • Proactively seek to identify opportunities to create efficiencies and reduce COGS spend, including ownership of projects to develop and improve processes, improving cost traceability across our systems, providing data relevant to contract negotiations and supporting a variety of other efforts meant to drive improved margins. • Owns the maintenance of the different partner operations tools and systems. • Leads the mapping of the different partner operations processes, identifying areas of improvements and lead process improvements implementation projects. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning. • Exceptionally strong communicator and influencer, adept at partnering, influencing, and aligning stakeholders at all levels, with experience in change management. • Own the end-to-end partner journey experience by mapping touchpoints, removing system friction, and optimizing tools to drive external engagement and partner satisfaction. • Aid in the management of our Partner Portal, Salesforce and other tools used as part of our Partner Program (internal and external). • Key contributor in the selection, deployment, and upkeep of tools, systems, and platforms used in Partner Operations. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
- 5+ plus years working in Business systems management, Sales operations, Process Improvement, Partner Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Experience working enterprise BI/reporting software such as Domo is a plus.

Role Description We're hiring a Client Operations Analyst to join the Producerflow’s Business Operations team. You'll own the execution side of our client operations: - Data imports & entry: Execute producer, agency, and appointment data imports into Producerflow; update NPNs, licenses, principal changes, and contact records; keep data consistent and reconciled across systems. - Reporting: Generate and deliver recurring client reports (daily, weekly, monthly); write SQL queries against our database; surface anomalies and flag them to the team. - Client support: Respond to client requests in Slack and HubSpot using established playbooks; triage issues and escalate complex cases to the team lead or engineering. - Issue triage: File bug reports in Linear with clear reproduction steps; follow up on ticket status and close the loop with clients. - Operational tasks: Support data migrations, UAT testing, and one-off data corrections; own the execution layer of client ops. - Documentation: Keep internal playbooks and SOPs up to date as processes evolve. Qualifications - US overlap hours availability (non-negotiable): 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM CET, Monday to Friday. - Highly self-directed and proactive (non-negotiable): Spot gaps, flag them, propose solutions, and keep your own pipeline of work moving. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment: Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and scope changes. - 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Client support, Data analysis, or a similar analytical/ops role. - Technical background: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a similar technical field. - Bilingual English + Spanish: Fluent in both written and spoken. - SQL fluency: Comfortable writing SELECT queries with JOINs, filters, and aggregations against production data. - AI-native workflow: Actively use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs in your daily work. - Data analysis skills: Strong in spreadsheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling). - Attention to detail: Double-check work before shipping. - Clear written communication: Send concise, professional messages to clients.
