• Drive partner sourced and influenced revenue to achieve and exceed target. • Develop, build and nurture strong business relationships with “partner” executives (including C-level) across sales, marketing and technical delivery teams. • Develop partner-led solutions, identify and qualify new opportunities to expand partner’s usage of Acquia solutions. • Build and execute on business plans and sales and channel marketing activities to achieve revenue goals and grow partner base profitability. • Provide executive engagement and partner advocacy to ensure premier partner happiness from enablement to sales to support. • Develop strong and capable partners to drive and achieve sales targets. • Help partners build sales and delivery capacity. • Support certification, specialization and capacity planning. • Ensure effective use of cross-functional resources and understand how to use these resources and skill sets to execute plan and achieve results. • Actively identify, drive and own partner led pipeline and conduct regular opportunity reviews with partners and Acquia sales teams. • Measure and manager partners’ success against metrics to maximize Win-Win results and strategic partner investments. • Use the existing programs and establish local practices to work with the dynamic Drupal open source community. • Team with the Acquia Sales team to optimize the efficiency of channel engagements and drive revenue.

• Support the roadmap for our Edge suite by defining the functional requirements that ensure security and performance are treated as foundational platform features. • Define the workflows that allow our platform to handle the operational friction of security—from automated WAF tuning to proactive DDoS mitigation—reducing manual effort for customers and engineers alike. • Partner with the broader team to ensure our Edge and Security features support customer growth. You will guide customers toward adopting the modern, AI-native protections that drive superior, high-availability user experiences. • Act as a "Context Contributor" within the team. Collaborate with peer PMs to build a shared library of technical context, allowing the team to use autonomous agents to scale security documentation and compliance tracking. • Translate high-level strategy into a prioritized functional backlog, ensuring that our security offerings are executed with precision, speed, and reliability.

• Lead the Unified Rollout: Own the go-to-market execution for our standardized platform architecture, ensuring the global field is equipped to drive expansion and modernization immediately. • Platform Transition Management: Manage high-stakes product lifecycle transitions for enterprise-grade solutions. You will maintain customer trust and business continuity while moving a global install base to modern, high-performance standards. • Lifecycle Value Alignment: Partner with Account Management and Success teams to ensure customers are consistently mapped to the platform capabilities that best support their growth. You will serve as a strategic guide during key transition points, ensuring customers have a clear path to adopting the modern, AI-native services that drive superior experiences for their end-users. • Agentic Collaboration: Act as a "Context Contributor" within the team. Collaborate with peer PMs to build a shared library of strategic context, allowing the team to use autonomous agents to scale pricing, documentation, and security modeling. • Accelerated Enablement: Leverage our agentic engine to drastically reduce the time it takes to produce market-facing collateral, turning roadmap milestones into commercial wins at an accelerated pace.
• Lead the centralized Data Product Team. • Be accountable for the strategic roadmap and long-range execution of the Core Data Layer (CDL), unifying product and business data sources into a decentralized intelligence architecture. • Manage the centralization of fragmented data assets into a semantic intelligence layer, ensuring data is accessible for cross-product reasoning and executive decision-making. • Partner with GTM leadership to deliver actionable insights that improve account management performance and transform platform usage into monetizable, value-based outcomes. • Drive the transition toward an AI-native PDLC, ensuring the product team is comfortable operating in a high-velocity, automated development environment. • Lead the strategy for enterprise-wide observability to reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) while establishing clear KPIs for data quality and decision impact. • Enforce "Safe-by-Design" protocols, including automated PII redaction and robust access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• represent Acquia and Drupal to digital marketers and vibe coders through content, social, events, and community as a practitioner, not a spokesperson. • actively demo and build with Acquia products on camera and on stage. Product demos and hands-on tutorials are the core of what you produce. If you are not comfortable being the one building the thing in front of an audience, this is not the right role. • create high-quality, practitioner-level content like videos, demos, tutorials, live streams, and social posts targeted at non-Drupal audiences and published consistently. • show up where digital marketers and vibe coders already are: industry events, YouTube, Reddit, Discord servers, LinkedIn, Slack communities. You are already in these spaces; this role formalises it. • speak at events outside the Drupal circuit marketing, no-code, content ops, and AI-assisted development conferences and meetups. • collaborate with the broader dev rel team to ensure messaging is consistent and complements our Drupal-focused advocate. • surface market insight to Product and Marketing on what this audience cares about, what tools they use, and where Acquia can serve them better.
• Lead and grow a team of technical evangelists and content creators. • Own the strategy for developer relations beyond the Drupal bubble. • Personally evangelise Acquia and Drupal to the digital leader and marketing technologist audience. • Be hands-on with our products at all times. • Maintain an active public presence. • Define and execute a content strategy spanning video, written, social, and live formats. • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen. • Build and manage relationships with key influencers, SME evangelists, and community leaders. • Establish metrics and reporting cadences.
• Help define what AI-era marketing sites look like. • Set the visual and experiential bar for Acquia.com. • Co-own the web design system alongside Brand & Creative. • Lead how Acquia.com adopts AI-generated and AI-assisted surfaces. • Design and ship web pages from concept to live page. • Own the full arc — brief, concept, system implications, build, measurement, iteration.
• Write and ship production AI code daily — you are an active contributor, not just an architect. • Architect agentic AI workflows using LangGraph — stateful, multi-agent workflows built for enterprise scale and reliability. • Own AI observability via LangFuse: tracing, prompt versioning, evaluation, and performance benchmarking across all model interactions. • Set AI engineering standards for agent design patterns, RAG, prompt management, context optimization, and tool-calling strategies. • Partner with product and platform teams to deliver AI architectures that meet enterprise SLA, security, and compliance requirements. • Evaluate and adopt emerging tooling— benchmarking LLM providers, orchestration frameworks, and agentic stack improvements. • Mentor engineers as a natural extension of your work — sharing knowledge through code reviews, pairing sessions, and design discussions, not through management overhead. • Represent Acquia's AI capabilities in customer architectural reviews, technical discovery, and roadmap conversations.
