Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist for Americas Bridgewater, NJ Full time R2592047 Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey (Hybrid: 50% Office / 50% Remote) About the Role: We are seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist to drive operational excellence and support our clients across the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil…). In this operation-oriented role, you will act as the critical link between our customers, sales teams, and European manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless order execution and best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Order & Customer Operations: Process and manage customer sales orders across the Americas in SAP. Ensure all documentation meets strict internal and regulatory standards; serve as the primary escalation point for any production, quality, or supply issues. - Supply Chain Execution: Coordinate order fulfillment directly with manufacturing plants. Manage US-specific purchase orders and maintain stock replenishment forecasts in our planning tools to meet regional demand. - Performance Monitoring: Track third-party partner performance through targeted KPIs and regular business reviews.
