• Lead delivery of full lifecycle implementations, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and business requirements • Analyze customer operations and guide solution design using Softeon’s methodology to align business requirements with system capabilities • Act as a primary client-facing leader, providing consultative guidance on warehouse operations, process improvements, and solution adoption • Collaborate with Customer Project Managers and cross-functional teams to plan, assign, and manage project tasks and deliverables • Oversee system configuration, testing strategy, and validation across Softeon solutions (WMS, WES, and related applications) • Lead customer workshops, design sessions, and operational discussions to drive optimal solution outcomes • Guide development of test strategies and support customers in creating and executing test scenarios aligned with real-world operations • Ensure effective deployment planning, including release management, change control, and readiness assessments • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and proactively address issues to maintain delivery momentum • Coordinate training strategies, including train-the-trainer programs and end-user readiness • Provide high-level solution estimates and support scope evaluation for enhancements or changes • Serve as a mentor to team members, supporting skill development and fostering growth within the Solution Delivery organization • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and drive continuous improvement of Softeon’s solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 6–8+ years of experience in WMS or supply chain software implementation and delivery
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
- Demonstrated experience leading complex software implementation projects and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of supply chain execution systems, including WMS, WES, and warehouse automation integrations
- Experience translating business requirements into solution design and system configuration strategies
- Strong understanding of system integrations (ERP, TMS, OMS) and data formats (EDI, XML, APIs)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Ability to lead meetings, facilitate workshops, and drive decision-making with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 50%

Role Description The Supply & Logistics Coordinator (SLC)/Senior Supply & Logistics Coordinator (SrSLC) is responsible for supporting the development and applying the study specific supply chain strategy including the sourcing and distribution strategy for clinical trial supply to ensure that complex clinical logistics projects are set up and executed according to timelines, budgets, quality standards, SOPs and applicable ICH-GxP and other applicable industry and regulatory guidelines to meet or exceed client expectations.
