Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist for Americas Bridgewater, NJ Full time R2592047 Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey (Hybrid: 50% Office / 50% Remote) About the Role: We are seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist to drive operational excellence and support our clients across the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil…). In this operation-oriented role, you will act as the critical link between our customers, sales teams, and European manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless order execution and best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Order & Customer Operations: Process and manage customer sales orders across the Americas in SAP. Ensure all documentation meets strict internal and regulatory standards; serve as the primary escalation point for any production, quality, or supply issues. - Supply Chain Execution: Coordinate order fulfillment directly with manufacturing plants. Manage US-specific purchase orders and maintain stock replenishment forecasts in our planning tools to meet regional demand. - Performance Monitoring: Track third-party partner performance through targeted KPIs and regular business reviews. Identify at-risk products and proactively communicate with Sales, Finance, and Global teams. - Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Create and maintain operating procedures to remain in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Participate in Ways of Working (WoW) improvement initiatives, support change management projects, and provide backup coverage for import/export duties.
