Sandoval P.A., una firma de abogados en Estados Unidos, un/a Senior Bilingual Paralegal altamente organizado/a, analítico/a y orientado/a al detalle para unirse a su equipo y contribuir al fortalecimiento de sus operaciones legales. El objetivo principal de este rol es gestionar y coordinar casos legales con altos estándares de precisión, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos, la correcta preparación de documentación y el seguimiento efectivo de cada proceso. Buscamos a alguien que combine criterio legal, capacidad organizativa y liderazgo operativo para apoyar al equipo legal, optimizar la gestión de casos y asegurar una experiencia profesional y confiable para los clientes de la firma. - Gestión Legal Especializada y Administración de Casos: - Preparar, revisar y presentar formularios, paquetes y documentación legal ante autoridades competentes en Estados Unidos, asegurando precisión técnica y cumplimiento normativo. - Gestionar de manera integral expedientes legales físicos y electrónicos, manteniendo control riguroso de plazos, audiencias, vencimientos y requerimientos oficiales. - Recopilar, organizar y analizar documentación de soporte, garantizando coherencia, completitud y calidad en cada proceso. - Realizar seguimiento continuo al estado de los casos, anticipando riesgos y proponiendo acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario. - Supervisión y Liderazgo de Equipo: - Supervisar y coordinar el trabajo de asistentes legales y paralegales, asegurando cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y tiempos de entrega. - Asignar tareas y prioridades dentro del equipo, promoviendo organización, eficiencia y claridad en los procesos internos. - Brindar acompañamiento técnico y orientación en la resolución de casos complejos o situaciones operativas del área legal. - Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo, basado en responsabilidad, compromiso y mejora continua. - Coordinación y Comunicación Profesional: - Mantener comunicación directa y profesional con clientes, abogados, agencias gubernamentales y terceros involucrados en los procesos legales. - Coordinar firmas, notarizaciones y entrega de documentación legal, asegurando cumplimiento de tiempos y requisitos formales. - Apoyar en la preparación de reportes internos sobre el estado de casos y desempeño del equipo. - Cumplimiento, Calidad y Mejora Continua: - Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, estándares éticos y lineamientos de confidencialidad en todos los procesos. - Participar en auditorías internas y procesos de verificación documental cuando sea requerido. - Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los flujos de trabajo del área legal, proponiendo ajustes que optimicen tiempos y calidad. - Soporte Estratégico y Gestión del Conocimiento: - Realizar investigación básica sobre normativa y procedimientos legales aplicables, apoyando la correcta estructuración de los casos. - Mantener actualizada la información en los sistemas de gestión de casos, asegurando integridad y trazabilidad de los procesos. - Apoyar en la estandarización de procedimientos y mejores prácticas del área legal, promoviendo eficiencia y reducción de errores. - Participar en procesos de capacitación interna y transferencia de conocimiento al equipo, fortaleciendo el desarrollo técnico del departamento. Qualifications - Título profesional en carreras administrativas o afines. Se valorará formación complementaria en asistencia legal, paralegal o gestión de procesos jurídicos. - Mínimo tres (3) años de experiencia en el plano legal en Estados Unidos, incluyendo procesos de corte, familia, negocios y migración. - Nivel de inglés 100% bilingüe (oral y escrito), con capacidad para redactar documentación legal y sostener comunicaciones profesionales en contextos jurídicos. - Mínimo cinco (5) años de experiencia en supervisión y liderazgo de equipos. - Experiencia en el uso de sistemas de case management y manejo de herramientas Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook). Deseable conocimiento en software especializado como Docketwise. - Disponibilidad para desempeñar el cargo en modalidad remota desde Colombia o presencial en Hollywood, Florida (EE. UU.). Requirements - Capacidad para coordinar, supervisar y motivar equipos de asistentes legales y paralegales, asegurando cumplimiento de objetivos y estándares de calidad. - Habilidad para asignar prioridades, dar seguimiento efectivo y promover un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y orientado a resultados. - Alto nivel de estabilidad emocional para manejar plazos críticos y situaciones complejas con criterio y equilibrio. - Capacidad para recibir y brindar retroalimentación constructiva, manteniendo relaciones profesionales basadas en respeto y comunicación efectiva. - Capacidad para organizar, priorizar y ejecutar múltiples procesos legales de manera independiente, sin necesidad de supervisión constante. - Iniciativa para anticiparse a contingencias, resolver situaciones operativas y mantener continuidad en los procesos del área legal. - Habilidad para estructurar expedientes y documentación con precisión técnica, asegurando coherencia, exactitud y cumplimiento normativo. - Enfoque riguroso en el control de plazos, vencimientos y requisitos formales. - Competencia para interactuar con clientes, abogados y entidades externas con claridad, cortesía y profesionalismo. - Excelente etiqueta telefónica y habilidades de atención al cliente en entornos formales y multiculturales. - Disposición para ajustarse a cambios normativos, operativos o estratégicos dentro del área legal. - Actitud proactiva orientada a optimizar procesos y fortalecer el desempeño del equipo. Role Description We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Paralegal Analyst to join our in-house legal department with a focus on corporate governance, corporate secretarial, and regulatory matters. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.
