Role Description The Electronic Funds team is behind the money movement of Connexus Credit Union. Through ACH (Automated Clearing House), Wires, and internal transfer option requests, we can move your money for payments, deposits, and withdrawals. Numerous files for posting loan payments and refunds of ancillary products via the different channels we offer members. Member check stops and Corporate check stops. Check adjustment requests both for members and internally. - Monitor and maintain payments processed through our third-party vendor, including further research as necessary. • Support administration of health and welfare benefit programs, including vendor coordination and issue resolution. • Maintain and execute required benefits compliance and reporting activities (e.g., CMS reporting, CAA reporting, PCORI fees, nondiscrimination testing). • Establish, manage, and continuously improve ACA processes, including eligibility tracking, measurement periods, reporting, and audit readiness. • Assist with annual benefits renewal processes including data gathering, analysis, and implementation support. • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely benefit administration. • Support administration of retirement plans including 401(k) and 457(b). • Coordinate plan documentation, payroll processing, and employee transactions such as rollovers and distributions. • Support 401(k) compliance activities including census preparation, audit support, and Form 5500 reporting. • Manage vendor coordination including access, file feeds, and issue resolution. • Maintain and support benefits and compensation configuration within Workday, including eligibility rules, plan setup, and business processes. • Support Workday releases through testing, validation, and production readiness. • Monitor and support vendor integrations to ensure accurate data flow between systems. • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve system efficiency, automation, and data accuracy. • Support benefits-related payroll processes including billing reconciliation, arrears tracking, and deduction accuracy. • Perform audits related to benefits deductions, HSA limits, retirement plan limits, and payroll integrations. • Assist in managing benefit earnings and deduction code setup and maintenance. • Support open enrollment configuration and validation within Workday. • Assist with job evaluations, compensation data updates, and benchmarking support. • Support compensation processes such as merit planning, market adjustments, and incentive administration. • Maintain data integrity within compensation systems including PayScale and Workday. • Assist with reporting and analysis to support compensation decisions and workforce planning. • Produce standard and ad hoc reports related to compensation and benefits programs. • Support audits and compliance reviews through accurate data reporting and documentation. • Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis. • Provide support to employees and leaders regarding compensation and benefits programs. • Assist in resolving inquiries related to benefits, payroll deductions, and compensation processes. • Contribute to a positive employee experience through accurate, timely, and clear administration of total rewards programs.
• Analyze delinquency, charge-offs, loss trends and concentration across lending portfolios including detailed review based on collateral type, geography, product, and borrower characteristics. • Monitor portfolio performance against risk appetite, forecasts, and budget. • Identify and escalate emerging risk trends/signals and behavioral shifts in delinquency, charge-offs, concentrations, underwriting standards, policy exceptions and overall loan portfolio performance to ensure the health of Connexus lending portfolios. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support risk-related decision-making processes including new lending programs. • Develop and maintain wholistic risk dashboards, heatmaps, early warning indicator (EWI) metrics and reoccurring performance reports that provide clear, timely, and actionable insights across all Connexus lending portfolios. • Translate data into clear, actionable insights including recommendations for action to Enterprise Risk or Credit Risk leadership. • Support business unit partners and management with ad hoc reports as needed. • Support executive and board level reporting requests on recoveries, risk exposure and trends as needed. • Develop proactive analysis and modeling including stress tests, static pool analysis, scenario analysis and drill down reporting to identify emerging risks within Connexus loan portfolios. • Model impact of strategy changes, policy shifts, or economic conditions on Connexus loan portfolios. • Partner with Finance on budget planning and variance analysis. • Ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity across systems. • Support audits, exams, and model validation requests as needed. • Maintain documentation for assumptions, methodologies, and metrics. • Manage and maintain the loan analytics platform (nCino), including data integrity and system optimization. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to risk management. • Assist in maintaining and updating risk management and lending policies, procedures and job aides ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives. • Assist VP of ERM with facilitation of the Enterprise/Credit Risk Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, reporting, and documentation. • Partner with first line of defense business partners including Collections/Recovery, Institutional, Direct and Indirect Lending, Loan Operations, Vendor Management, Compliance, Finance, Data, and IT to ensure continuity and accuracy of reporting and analysis. • Support evaluation, maintenance, and development of third-party vendor relationships. • Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
