Role Description Como Especialista de Medios Propios (Own Media Specialist), eres el custodio de la retención y el engagement en los canales propios de Tenpo (Push Notifications, In-App Messages, Email, Modals, WhatsApp y SMS). Tu rol es crítico para incentivar el uso recurrente de la app y evitar la fuga de usuarios. Eres el puente técnico que asegura que la comunicación con los usuarios sea sumamente personalizada, oportuna y estratégica, diseñando la arquitectura de automatización que define cómo los journeys interactúan entre sí y estableciendo las políticas de capping que protegen la experiencia del cliente. Responsibilities - Arquitectura de Automatización y Journeys Multinivel: Diseñar y desplegar arquitecturas de automatización de canales propios mediante journeys complejos y multinivel. - Estrategia de CRM y Segmentación Avanzada: Construir y ejecutar campañas de CRM directas con alta precisión técnica en la segmentación. - Frameworks de Automatización y Gobernanza: Diseñar, construir y mantener los frameworks de proyectos automatizados. - Política de Capping y Salud de la Base: Velar por la salud de la base de usuarios diseñando y controlando las políticas de capping. - Gobernanza de Eventos y Catálogo de Tagging: Gestionar la gobernanza y estructuración del catálogo de eventos/tagging en la app móvil. - Mentoría y Soporte al Analista: Guiar técnicamente al Analista de Medios Propios en la configuración de journeys y campañas. Qualifications - Profesional titulado de Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Estadística o carreras afines con fuerte orientación analítica y/o comercial. Requirements - Experiencia profunda en diseño de arquitecturas automatizadas (journeys multinivel) en plataformas de Customer Engagement de primer nivel: CleverTap, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo o similares. - Dominio de estrategias de CRM: segmentación avanzada, lifecycle marketing, políticas de capping y frecuencia. - Gobernanza y estructuración de catálogos de eventos/tagging en apps móviles. - Métricas de canales propios: Open Rate, CTR, conversiones, opt-out rate, reach y engagement por canal. - SQL básico / BigQuery para autonomía en segmentación avanzada (deseable). - Familiaridad con herramientas de analítica móvil: Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel (deseable). - Conocimiento de estrategias de personalización con datos comportamentales (deseable). - Experiencia en fintech, e-commerce o app de servicios masivos con alta frecuencia transaccional (deseable). Experience - Mínimo 3 años liderando estrategias de CRM, Lifecycle Marketing o Automatización de Canales Propios en plataformas digitales de alto volumen transaccional. - Experiencia demostrable en diseño de journeys multinivel en plataformas de Customer Engagement. - Experiencia directa en gobernanza y estructuración de catálogos de eventos/tagging en aplicaciones móviles. - Experiencia en fintech o neobanco con comunicación multicanal y alta exigencia de personalización (suma puntos). Certifications - Certificación avanzada en plataformas CRM: Braze Certified Marketer, CleverTap Advanced Certification o Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (deseable). - Curso en lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy o mobile engagement (deseable). - Certificación en herramientas de analítica móvil: Firebase, Amplitude o Mixpanel (deseable).
