Back-office Social Media Manager, Fluent German & English

• Coordinate projects and provide day-to-day operational support across campaigns • Manage creative briefings and coordinate timelines with our agency to ensure all assets are delivered on time • Upload and manage creative assets in Meta • Follow internal procedures and SOPs • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing)
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Proven ability to deliver tasks reliably and on schedule
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
