Job Description

Social Media Manager

Anne Klein Official

Role Description At Anne Klein, we believe that "Clothes won't change the world. The women who wear them will." We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes fashion, understands the "Invisible Thread" that connects our community of women, and knows how to translate a heritage brand into modern, viral content. You will be the voice of Anne Klein across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms, bridging the gap between our classic American style and the next generation of "impact" makers. - Create, film, and edit high-quality social media content, specifically focused on short-form video for TikTok and Instagram Reels. - Manage the daily posting schedule across all social media platforms to ensure consistent brand visibility. - Engage with the Anne Klein community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a brand-appropriate voice. - Monitor social media trends, viral audio, and fashion industry news to keep content relevant and timely. - Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to facilitate content partnerships and product gifting. - Use analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and follower growth, providing regular reports on performance. - Write compelling, on-brand captions that reflect the "Image & Impact" mission and drive user interaction. - Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social content with website launches and seasonal campaigns. - Monitor user-generated content and curate high-quality imagery to be featured on brand channels. - Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and new features to optimize organic reach. Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail. - Resonate with our mission of Image & Impact. - Understand that our customer is multi-faceted: she’s a professional, a mother, a creator, and a trailblazer. - Know the difference between a TikTok trend and an Instagram aesthetic and can pivot your tone of voice for both. Requirements - Experience in social media management. - Strong understanding of fashion and lifestyle trends. - Ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms. - Proficient in analytics tools for tracking performance. Benefits - Salary: $65,000 - $70,000.
