Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience handling technology contracts at a law firm, or driving sales-side legal operations for a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software company. - Deep, current knowledge of the information security, data privacy, and intellectual property requirements demanded by Fortune 500 companies, multinational European brands, and major US financial institutions. - Substantive expertise navigating state, local government, and higher education procurement statutes. - Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, Salesforce, and a strong desire to utilize and optimize AI-powered contract review models. - A documented legal background (J.D. or legal training) with experience serving as a second-level reviewer, approver, and escalation point for complex, high-risk agreements.
