• Translate operational and business requirements into structured product specifications: mock-ups, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria • Work closely with operations and finance teams to understand their day-to-day work and transform it into clear processes • Design operational interfaces and the workflows behind them • Ensure that processes meet regulatory requirements and fit into existing operational journeys • Connect processes to the underlying systems, assess current integration capabilities, and define required changes • Support the migration and extension of existing functionality on the new platform • Hand specifications over to development and support testing, release, acceptance, and stakeholder demos • Support automation across payment platforms, branch cash operations, clearing, reconciliation, and related finance processes • Help reduce manual work and strengthen audit readiness

• Support enterprise content and document management initiatives by performing a dual role as a Business Analyst and Data Analyst. • Work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and map end-to-end solutions within the C3M, FileNet, and CMOD domain. • Elicit and document business and functional requirements, validating change requests, and ensure appropriate testing strategies and implementation plans are in place. • Audit solution changes to ensure quality, compliance, and operational readiness.

Qualifications - 5+ years of progressive experience in a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Demand Intake, or related role within a corporate IT environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage an IT request or initiative from initial intake through to delivered solution. - Hands-on experience producing BRDs, process flows, user stories, and UAT artifacts across a full project lifecycle. - Proven experience working across both project-based and BAU (run-the-business) contexts. - Experience contributing to application governance, IT asset inventory, or contract and vendor oversight is a strong asset. - Experience with enterprise platform implementations (ERP, CRM, ITSM) or large business transformation programs is an asset. Requirements - Engage with business stakeholders to understand the opportunity, intended outcomes, and organizational context of incoming requests. - Assess and validate requests for business value, strategic alignment, feasibility, and risk. - Maintain an up-to-date view of the IT request pipeline. - Apply consistent scoring and prioritization frameworks. - Identify and flag duplicate, redundant, or conflicting requests across the portfolio. - Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements. - Produce high-quality BRDs, process flow diagrams, user stories, and use cases. - Conduct current-state analysis and gap assessments. - Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and platform SMEs. - Define and lead UAT. - Support training development, change management, and post-go-live adoption. - Track delivery progress, surface risks and blockers proactively. - Maintain an accurate inventory of enterprise applications. - Support oversight of key IT contracts and vendor relationships. - Identify gaps between current technology capabilities and evolving business demand. - Correlate IT spend to the value of services utilized. - Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for business stakeholders. - Facilitate workshops, steering meetings, and cross-functional working sessions. - Identify and champion opportunities to improve IT and business processes. - Define measurement frameworks for improvement initiatives. - Source, analyze, and visualize data to validate business cases. - Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation and analysis. - Evaluate automation and AI opportunities within business processes.
