• Support the creation, updating, and publishing of educational video and multimedia content • Assist with scripting, editing, organizing, and preparing learning assets for multiple platforms and distribution surfaces • Learn and follow established production workflows, templates, and best practices • Help maintain and organize a centralized library of customer education content, including updates and review cycles • Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders • Support content quality, consistency, and scalability initiatives, including basic audits to identify outdated or duplicate assets • Assist with tracking content performance and engagement, contributing to insights that inform future improvements
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Multimedia, Communications, Film, Design, Marketing, Education, or a related field completed by Spring 2028
- Interest in content creation, visual storytelling, and digital media
- Basic experience creating video or digital content through coursework, personal projects, or internships
- Familiarity with video or social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or similar
- Understanding of how titles, thumbnails, and descriptions influence video engagement
- Curiosity about how AI tools or automation can support content creation workflows
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and ability to learn and follow established guidelines.
