Job Description

Head of User Generated Content

Creative Fabrica

• Niche Talent Scouting: Identify and recruit "high-signal" creators (high engagement, not necessarily high follower count) in the creator, AI, and designer niches. • Content Creation & Scaling: Create scripts and hooks for high volume clip generation, to be posted across select accounts. • The "Hook" Lab: Constantly reverse-engineer the TikTok/Reels/Shorts algorithm. You need to provide "Seed Hooks" every 48 hours (e.g., Viral hook, trend-driven, or "magic" product demos). • Account Management: Oversee the dedicated accounts and creators. Manage budget and incentives across the program. • Systematization: Turn the chaos into a dashboard. Tracking 200+ videos a day across 70 people requires a lean, clear way to review performance.

Job Requirements

  • Deep Social Knowledge: Innate knowledge of trends across platforms, deep understanding of social incentives and dynamics.
  • Social Intuition: Good understanding of why a video with "1 Gorilla vs 100 men" gets more views than a $10k studio production.
  • AI Native: Understand the tools available and how to use them to push the limits of video creation or automated reporting.
  • Good with Numbers: Able to clearly tell a story around performance, ROI and results.
  • Nice to have: Creative & Editorial Skills: Ability to curate and polish content for social or marketing use
  • Nice to have: Technical Skills: Basic design or video editing software experience (Canva, Premiere, Figma) is helpful

Benefits

  • Creative Fabrica is an equal opportunity employer
  • We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
