People Support Partner

• Assist with administrative tasks related to salary recommendations and compensation planning. • Support talent review cycles by using predictive analytics and AI tools to analyze employee engagement data, tenure, talent review data, and compensation. • Flag team members who might be attrition risks based on data analysis. • Execute Performance vs. Compensation Mapping by using AI-assisted spreadsheet tools to analyze rep quota attainment against their compensation bands. • Create specialized AI agents to streamline the administrative lift of merit and review cycles. • Handle administrative processing for the team, including offboarding, backfill requests, and employee separations. • Assist in tracking time sheets and making time sheet adjustments when needed across the organization. • Support engagement and feedback cycles by running pulse survey comments or exit interview analysis. • Utilize AI to assist in analyzing and identifying hidden themes, bottlenecks, or cultural issues within the organization from exit interviews and pulse surveys. • Assist in building out Gems and AI Agents specifically designed to help the People Partner team on the administrative side of day-to-day tasks.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or an HR Administrative role.
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential employee data, supporting offboarding processes, and managing time-tracking adjustments.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • A demonstrated interest in and basic working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to assist with daily workflows and prompting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to act as a reliable point of contact for supported teams
