Property Accountant

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Track and prepare tenant billbacks • Manage annual CAM reconciliations alongside the Assistant General Manager • Prepare tenant termination forms • Assist with cash management procedures • Assist with preparation of annual budgets and forecasts • Prepare monthly accruals • Analyze and execute leases, including abstracting key financial terms and ensuring proper accounting administration • Prepare and distribute monthly rent statements • W-9 management • Administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of property accounting experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and RE accounting principles
  • Yardi proficient
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with lease administration preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient time management
