Role Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Fire Protection Pre-Construction Sales Representative to be based in the Midwest. Remote work is ok with the ability to travel as needed. - This is a great opportunity to showcase your Fire Protection knowledge to expand into a project development role for the Industrial Fire Protection product line. - You will play a key role in hazard analysis, developing protection criteria, and scope of work for our customers as a precursor to acquiring profitable industrial fire protection work for the company. - You will facilitate solution development by working with customers and other internal Ahern team members. - You will respond to customer requests to create protection options/solutions to finalize the scope of work for estimates. - You will facilitate the development of comprehensive proposal narratives and project narratives with your internal team members. - You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate estimates within the specifications and customer requirements of each project. - This person is a technical expert and is therefore a key participant in bid/no bid decisions, in partnership with management.
