Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role. As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. - A Passionate Seller: Skillfully turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders. - A Front Lines Liaison: Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs. - A Reliable Teammate: Adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our policyholders. - A Customer-Centric Closer: Sincerely care that our customers get exactly the quality products and services they need. From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! - Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. - Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. - No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. - Opportunities for rewards and recognition. - Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11am-8pm CST). - This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. - All computer equipment is provided. - Work at home (W@H) requirements include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed). Qualifications - 2-3 years sales experience preferred. - 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. - Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. - Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. - Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. - Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. - Property and Casualty License required after hire. Requirements - Must reside in Florida. - Availability to work specified schedule. - Ability to maintain a professional workspace for remote work.
