Role Description As SAP IS Media Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will: - Plan the activities of configuration. - Configure the product as per the design. - Conduct conference room pilots. - Assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. - Conduct solution/product demonstrations and POC/Proof of Technology workshops. - Prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and align with organization’s financial guidelines. - Support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Requirements - At least 11 years of experience in multiple S/4HANA implementation experience for IS Media in the role of functional lead/architect. - Understanding of complex media value chains, including Subscription Management, content financials, and Rights and License Sales. - Ability to map multi-tiered product hierarchies (e.g., TV series → seasons → episodes) to the system. - Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), SAP Fiori, and SAP's modern cloud architecture. - Experience as a leader in end-to-end global SAP implementation programs, responsible for designing and implementing the overall solution. - Experience in driving solution-related strategic client meetings along with PMO or other functional leads. - Project management experience in Agile and Activate methodologies. - Hands-on experience with Project Management tools required. - Experience in coordinating with all onsite and offshore functional leads and playing an integrator role. - Knowledge of S/4HANA is a must; certification preferred. - Thorough understanding of end-to-end business processes, preferably in the IS Media industry. - Demonstrated ability and experience as an effective leader and communicator with strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and relationship management skills. - Ability to manage CXO level client stakeholders. - Experience in working with a diverse team spread across locations and time zones. - Good analytical skills and planning/co-ordination skills. - Ability to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. You'll lead a globally distributed team while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure our SuccessFactors landscape remains scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
