Role Description The HR Administrator will support core HR operations by managing administrative workflows, employee tracking systems, documentation, and internal communications. This role is essential in maintaining organizational structure, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and supporting day-to-day HR execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling recurring HR tasks as well as ad hoc administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities - HR Administration & Employee Tracking - Update and maintain the company time-off calendar - Track PTO using BambooHR - Maintain accurate digital HR filing systems - Track holiday pay eligibility and ensure records are up to date - Reporting & Payroll Support - Prepare and distribute overtime (OT) reports to internal stakeholders - Assist with payroll-related administrative tracking and documentation - Support internal reporting needs related to workforce hours and attendance - Employee Lifecycle Support - Coordinate monthly employee review requests - Draft employee pay adjustment communications when required - Send pay increase proposal emails as directed - Draft employee disciplinary documentation as needed - General HR Administrative Support - Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation - Assist with process organization and recordkeeping improvements - Provide general digital HR support across the organization Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in HR administration or HR support roles - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to manage confidential employee information responsibly - Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment - Strong proficiency with digital documentation and recordkeeping Preferred Qualifications - Experience using BambooHR - Familiarity with Aspire or similar operations/HR platforms - Background in HR coordination, payroll support, or administrative HR functions - Experience working in service-based or field operations companies Benefits - Stable, fully remote HR support role within a growing organization - Opportunity to build structure within an evolving HR function - Exposure to a wide range of HR administrative responsibilities - Direct impact on employee experience and internal operations Ideal Candidate Profile - Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through - Comfortable managing repetitive but important administrative workflows - Reliable and consistent in handling sensitive employee data - Strong communicator who can support internal HR processes clearly and accurately - Self-directed and able to manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously Additional Notes - Fully remote role - Full-time schedule aligned with U.S. business hours - Strong preference for candidates familiar with BambooHR workflows
