Business Development Executive

Mobio Solutions Inc.

• Execute and optimise email & LinkedIn campaigns targeting US/international prospects. • Write personalised, value-driven outreach messages and multi-step sequences. • Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Outreach, Snov, Woodpecker (experience in 1–2 tools is enough). • Research accounts/personas and build targeted prospect lists. • Understand IT services and translate offerings into compelling outreach. • Track responses, manage sequences, and work toward appointment-setting targets. • Provide weekly insights and adjust campaigns based on performance. • Monitor certain campaigns during late evenings as required (US hours).

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in outbound prospecting, SDR/BDR, or email marketing for B2B IT/Tech.
  • Strong experience in email outreach tools (any 1–2).
  • Excellent written communication and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
  • Strong research ability; familiarity with ICPs and persona-based outreach.
  • Comfortable in a target-driven environment.
  • CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) is an added advantage, not mandatory.
