Role Description We are looking for a US-based Client Partner / Recruiting Business Development Manager for our partner, who can help us convert warm and outbound leads into paying clients, manage client relationships, and support role delivery when needed. We’re building an AI-powered recruiting service for US startups. We combine human recruiting expertise with AI-led candidate verification to help founders and hiring teams avoid wasting time on candidates who look strong on paper but fail in real conversations. - Lean base + meaningful performance upside. - Uncapped commission. Ukrainian native speaker Fluent in English Hebrew as a plus Responsibilities: - speak with founders, hiring managers, and operators; - qualify client hiring needs; - run intake calls; - present our AI-powered recruiting model; - follow up and close pilot clients; - coordinate with sourcing and recruiting delivery team; - help manage candidate/client communication; - support placements when needed. Requirements - experience in staffing, recruiting agency, executive search, or recruiting sales; - strong English communication; - Russian required or strongly preferred; - Hebrew is a plus; - comfortable with early-stage environment; - sales mindset, but consultative and professional; - ability to work with startup founders and hiring managers.

• Define DevOps strategy per project • Set up infrastructure from scratch when needed • Take over long-running projects and scale new scopes • Communicate directly with clients (including CTO-level stakeholders) • Own documentation, processes, and access management • Independently manage time across multiple environments

Role Description For a large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure project, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Citrix Engineer to support the operation, security hardening, and migration of a complex Citrix environment. The primary focus is on the secure operation of Citrix NetScaler (ADC / VP Gateway) and the migration of a large Citrix VDI environment (~1,500 VDIs) from VMware to Nutanix. This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment. Location: Remote (Europe / Eastern Europe) with occasional onsite in Frankfurt am Main Start Date: 15.05.2026 Duration: Approx. 6 months (until 31.10.2026) Workload: 100% (80% possible) Language: German (minimum B2 required) Qualifications - Several years of hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler / ADC, especially VP Gateway - Strong expertise in IT security and system hardening - Proven experience administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) - Experience managing large VDI environments (1,000+ desktops preferred) - Strong VMware experience and knowledge of Nutanix (AHV) - Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style - German language skills at minimum B2 level Requirements - Operate, administer, and further develop Citrix NetScaler (ADC), especially as VP Gateway - Implement security hardening and ensure compliance with current security standards - Manage and optimize pooled and persistent VDIs in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) - Lead migration of ~1,500 VDIs from VMware to Nutanix (AHV) - Improve performance and stability of the VDI infrastructure - Perform independent troubleshooting and issue resolution during live operations - Document configurations, changes, and implemented measures Benefits - Automation / scripting skills (PowerShell or similar) - Experience in large enterprise infrastructure environments
