• Lead and develop the Variable Compensation team, providing direct supervision and training to ensure alignment with company objectives. • Design and manage global variable pay programs and sales incentive plans to drive performance and market competitiveness. • Develop annual compensation strategies and oversee the communication and training of these plans for sales leaders and teams. • Ensure all compensation processes are compliant, accurate, and aligned with global budgetary guidelines. • Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to manage budgets, track plan performance, and optimize compensation tools and systems. • Analyze compensation data and provide regular reporting to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement. • Oversee payment calculations and onboarding processes, acting as the key point of contact for complex compensation issues. • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, HR, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Compensation or HR roles, ideally with exposure to Sales Operations.
  • Proven experience in managing complex variable compensation plans and incentive strategies.
  • Expertise in compensation best practices and knowledge of budget planning and compliance regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to partner with other departments.
  • Experience as a People Leader, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications - 5+ years in ERP/SaaS sales, consulting, or practice leadership, with direct Sage Intacct experience in sales, implementation, or a combined role. - Demonstrated ability to independently deliver polished, discovery-driven Sage Intacct product demonstrations without pre-sales support; this is a non-negotiable requirement. - Proven success engaging mid-market prospects (50–500 employees) and closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. - Strong consultative sales skills: able to diagnose business problems and credibly articulate how Sage Intacct solves them across finance, operations, and executive audiences. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar); disciplined pipeline management habits. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to CFOs, Controllers, and C-suite decision-makers. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. - Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, demos, or industry events.
