Panel Recruitment Coordinator, Part Time
Maze
• Place and manage orders across panel vendors • Review and interpret customer requirements • Monitor order progress and fulfillment, flagging issues or delays proactively • Troubleshoot common fulfillment issues (e.g., low incidence, screener drop-off) and escalate when needed • Maintain accurate order records and documentation • Support quality checks on responses submitted by participants
Job Requirements
- Coordination experience: you've managed multiple moving pieces, tasks, or workflows simultaneously and kept things on track
- Strong attention to detail: you catch the small things before they become big problems
- Process driven executor: you follow established processes carefully, ask clarifying questions when needed, and deliver consistently
- Fluent in English: strong written communication is essential
- Bonus: Background in research, or research operations
- Bonus: Experience writing or reviewing screener questions
- Bonus: Familiarity with B2B audience targeting and quota-based study setups
