Senior Salesforce Consultant, Revenue Cloud

• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, helping translate discussions into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration specifications • Document current- and future-state business processes using tools such as Lucidchart, creating process flows that support solution design and stakeholder alignment • Maintain and update process documentation and user stories as requirements evolve throughout the project lifecycle • Build and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored for Revenue Cloud, focusing on areas such as Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Invoicing, under the guidance of Solution Architects within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders • Create clear and detailed documentation that incorporate integrations, customizations, and system configurations to ensure seamless functionality and support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer • Analyze existing product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities • Configure solutions that align with business goals, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and optimized performance across Quote-to-Cash processes • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance, to identify and define requirements and create roadmaps • Support communication between technical and business stakeholders, helping translate requirements into configuration tasks and surfacing technical considerations to the broader team • Participate across the implementation lifecycle including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support with increasing ownership of individual workstreams over time • Utilize Salesforce-native tools and features, such as Product Catalog Management, Transaction Management, Dynamic Revenue Orchestration, and Invoice Management • Assist in testing and validating integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign), ensuring data integrity • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and industry trends, sharing relevant insights with the team • Evaluate and introduce new features, tools, and processes to enhance Salesforce-based workflows and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (strongly preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect (strongly preferred)
