• Serve as the primary congress liaison for assigned Business Units/therapeutic areas • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and vendor partners • Attend key strategy meetings to ensure congress activities align with overall BU/brand strategy • Partner with business teams to develop the annual congress plan, including: • Congress selection • Budget planning and forecasting • Provide recommendations on congress participation based on business needs, brand lifecycle, attendee engagement, and market dynamics • Help identify the optimal mix of congress activities to meet objectives while improving efficiency and reducing spend • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of congress exhibits, sponsorships, and related engagement activities • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery • Define strategy, content, and ancillary tactics • Schedule and lead kick-off, status, and wrap-up meetings with stakeholders • Create resource guides to support internal participation during pre-planning and onsite execution • Ensure consistent brand messaging, customer experience, and flawless delivery across all congress activities • Own and manage congress budgets, forecasts, and booth strategies • Act as the primary Corcept contact for congress associations and vendor partners • Drive timelines, deliverables, and exhibit readiness across the annual congress calendar • Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, and process improvements while communicating budget considerations to stakeholders • Travel onsite as required to support congress execution • Provide training and guidance to booth staff, including compliance requirements • Lead onsite booth walk-throughs with compliance, legal, and regulatory partners • Ensure all congress activities comply with global policies and regulatory requirements • Maintain audit readiness and support compliance-related requests • Manage required documentation, including approvals and booth designs • Support congress planning using enterprise systems and tools

• Manage the end-to-end front end sales funnel pipeline for prospects and existing customers who are re-contracting, including project planning, timeline management, and execution of implementation tasks. • Own and manage the end‑to‑end portfolio lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and measurement of outcomes, ensuring alignment with company strategy, revenue goals, and operational priorities. • Establish and maintain Portfolio governance, decision frameworks, standardized methodologies, and reporting processes to support data‑driven decision‑making. • Provide analytical quality review of Contracts and legal documents ensuring accuracy and share awareness of potential issues. • Serve as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, driving alignment, accountability, and effective communication throughout the lifecycle. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise. • Lead planning and execution by overseeing timelines, implementation tasks, resource coordination, and cross functional deliverables in partnership with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Technology teams. • Act as a trusted advisor, offering best practices and recommendations based on industry knowledge and expertise. • Prepare and deliver executive level reporting, dashboards, and progress updates that clearly communicate status, risks, and outcomes, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve Provider Onboarding/Portfolio management processes and tools.

• Directs and coordinates all clinical practices for field Registered Dietitians (RD's) to drive standardized care practices and provide clinical nutrition and wellness governance for assigned regional operations of the Trinity Health system-wide shared services Food & Nutrition Services (FANS) Program. • Works with the Integrated Clinical Services (ICS) team to develop and standardize Clinical Nutrition practices and application across assigned THS region while overseeing efforts of Regional Health Ministry (RHM) dietitians to develop and standardize core policy pertaining to nutrition care and support at the local level. • Coordinates clinical reviews with Regional Operations Managers to ensure appropriate utilization of product on patient menus as well as maintaining the nutrition and wellness goals of the region in all culinary applications. • Participates in development and management of core clinical nutrition and wellness program standardization in collaboration with System Office operations, regional and site Managers for FANS, and RHMs. • Works with all levels of senior leadership and management teams at RHMs, develops and implements quality clinical nutrition programs cost effectively with implementation processes that support Trinity Health and UEM goals, objectives, strategies, policies, and procedures. • Ensures patient care standards, cost targets and productivity improvement objectives are met, while cultivating service/product quality and customer satisfaction. • Ensures the System Manager of THS Clinical Nutrition & Wellness is kept abreast of issues or problems impacting program efficiencies and effectiveness. • Attracts, develops and trains talent to ensure program quality, sustainability, long-term growth, and development.
