Propeller Industries
• Build and own a portfolio of venture-backed companies worth $3-5M in annual revenue • Attend leadership meetings and participate in board prep as a trusted advisor • Provide financial insight, operational guidance, and strategic perspective for client decision-making • Build and lead engagement teams across U.S. and international personnel
Job Requirements
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 12+ years in finance/accounting with at least 5 years in CFO or senior financial leadership roles
- Proven business development track record—demonstrable ability to identify, cultivate, and close new client relationships
- Multi-client or consulting background strongly preferred (Big 4, boutique advisory, fractional CFO services, or similar)
- Experience serving Consumer Products companies generating $5M-$100M+ in revenue
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong executive presence—comfortable presenting to boards, CEOs, and sophisticated stakeholders
- Experience developing financial processes and systems in complex, growing organizations

This role requires advanced problem-solving, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex client situations independently. The senior representative demonstrates a high level of product and process expertise, provides mentorship to peers, and collaborates across departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. What You'll Do: Respond to emails and inquiries from clients and brokers, gather key information, assess complexity, and determine whether to resolve or route. Exercise advanced judgment to handle escalated or sensitive situations effectively.• Demonstrate a strong understanding of all Group Benefit Solutions products and services, with particular expertise in STD and LTD, while also maintaining solid knowledge of claims, Life, and AD&D processes to provide accurate guidance and coordinate with specialized teams when appropriate.• Communicate clearly and professionally, set expectations on timing, and conduct timely follow-ups to keep clients and brokers informed.
