Job Description

Senior Solutions Architect – Blockchain Analytics, AI

Lavendo

• Run discovery calls with federal agencies, financial institutions, and crypto platforms — mapping workflows and stakeholder constraints from scratch • Own the complete pre- and post-sales cycle: demos, pilots, API integration planning, testing, training, and troubleshooting • Build lightweight PoCs and prototype API integrations in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript to accelerate client onboarding • Act as the primary technical advisor for clients on products including the Beacon Network — translating complex requirements into actionable solutions • Feed client insights back to engineering and product teams to shape the roadmap directly

Job Requirements

  • 5–10 years as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Implementation Lead — in a role where you owned both sides of the sale
  • Hands-on API integration work: PoCs, integration docs, reference architectures, client implementations
  • Scripting proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript — you write code to solve client problems
  • You're actively building with AI tools — agents, automated workflows, Claude, Cursor — right now, not theoretically
  • Background at a recognizable high-growth startup or scale-up; you know what it means to operate without a safety net
  • Active U.S. citizenship required due to government clientele
  • Ability to work with EST timezone overlap (8am–5pm core hours)
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, Govtech, or national security
  • Bonus: You've navigated messy, poorly documented APIs and made them work anyway

Benefits

  • Real unicorn momentum — $70M Series C, $1B valuation, Q1 2026 was their biggest quarter ever, 150%+ annual revenue growth five years running
  • Work that has actual consequences — the platform you support is used by federal law enforcement to disrupt ransomware groups and terrorist financing networks
  • Strong comp — $160K–$180K base + $45K–$50K variable paid monthly (not quarterly, not annually) + performance bonuses + competitive equity
  • Total OTE: $205,000–$230,000
  • Remote-first, for real — fully distributed team, strong async culture, no performative presence required; annual global offsites and hackathons with up to $100K in prizes
  • A seat at the table — as the 6th SA, your client feedback shapes product directly; you're not a cog, you're a core part of how the company grows
