Program Manager

Ogletree Deakins

• Organize and manage transformational multi-track projects and program of multiple projects, particularly around the company's SaaS and Managed Services offering • Provide leadership, purpose, direction, and motivation to the team on key projects and program • Provide proactive recommendations and uses prior experience to recommend opportunities to resolve challenges that arise over the course of the project • Develop long-term relationships with clients, key executives, and stakeholders • Provide daily operational support, responding to and resolving client requests and inquiries within the project or program • Ensure effective issue management and risk management • Act as a liaison between client and internal teams to successfully deliver timely solutions • Provide regular project and / or program reporting to client stakeholders as well as management • Collaborate across multiple in-house and client teams to ensure coordinated understanding, execution, and delivery • Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to drive and manage the evaluation phase of the sales process

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project or program management, leading teams
  • Proven record of successfully delivering financial software implementation, specifically around SaaS, Managed Services, and Cloud projects
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience in financial software or specifically enterprise data management software and IBOR (investment book of record) a plus
