• Lead and oversee multiple projects within the program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives • Develop program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and success metrics • Coordinate and support project managers, providing guidance, removing roadblocks, and ensuring consistent communication and execution across all workstreams • Monitor program performance, track milestones, and produce clear progress reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program delivery • Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability and alignment with approved funding • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and external partners • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management • Drive continual process improvement, implementing best practices for program execution, documentation, and governance • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations • Support change management initiatives, including training, communication, and adoption strategies for new processes or systems • Present program updates to executive leadership, steering committees, and other governing bodies • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and that outcomes achieve the intended business value
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience
- Minimum BA degree in related field
- Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship
- Must successfully pass various background screenings including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or other recognized project/program management certifications preferred
- Experience managing government, regulatory, or large enterprise programs preferred
- Knowledge of contract management, vendor oversight, and procurement processes preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, or similar
