Senior GTM Enablement Program Manager, Partners

• Own the end-to-end design, execution, and continuous evolution of partner enablement programs across Channel, MSP, and MSSP audiences • Develop scalable partner onboarding, certification, and ongoing readiness programs aligned to partner roles, tiers, and business models • Ensure enablement programs support partner success across the full lifecycle, including selling, implementation, and customer support • Design and manage partner certification programs that validate product knowledge, solution expertise, and delivery readiness • Establish certification standards, progression paths, and recertification requirements as products, features, and GTM strategies evolve • Ensure certification frameworks align with partner program requirements, incentives, and revenue objectives • Partner closely with Channel, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Enablement leaders to align partner enablement initiatives with business priorities • Translate product releases, GTM initiatives, and strategic changes into partner-ready enablement programs and content • Ensure consistency and alignment between internal enablement efforts and partner-facing enablement experiences • Design and deliver partner enablement across multiple modalities, including live sessions, virtual workshops, self-paced learning, and reinforcement strategies • Drive adoption and engagement across a global partner ecosystem with varying levels of maturity, scale, and technical expertise • Establish structured feedback loops with partners and internal teams to continuously refine enablement programs • Define and track success metrics for partner enablement programs, including certification attainment, enablement completion, readiness indicators, and adoption trends • Analyze program performance and partner feedback to inform improvements and provide insights and recommendations to leadership • Serve as the subject-matter expert for partner enablement within the Revenue Enablement organization • Collaborate with Enablement Program Managers to ensure alignment across onboarding, product enablement, and strategic initiatives • Contribute best practices, frameworks, and scalable approaches that elevate the overall maturity and impact of partner enablement • Own global partner enablement programs with direct influence on partner readiness, execution quality, and revenue contribution
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience within the SaaS, cybersecurity partner environment, with a significant understanding of the partner ecosystem
- Proven success designing, executing, and scaling enablement programs for external audiences, including partners, resellers, and MSPs
- Strong program management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without direct authority
- Experience translating product and GTM strategy into structured, partner-ready enablement programs
- Experience supporting partner certification programs and partner ecosystems strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Drive to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize focus and execution while maintaining deadlines and goals
- Ability to leverage performance data, reports and dashboards to prioritize enablement engagement

About the Role: The Program Manager, Resilience, leads enterprise-wide program management initiatives within CrowdStrike’s Resilience Organization. This role drives operational excellence across preparedness, prevention, and response by coordinating complex, cross-functional resilience programs and delivering clear visibility into CrowdStrike’s resilience posture.
