Program Manager

Bart & Associates, Inc.

• Provide end-to-end program management for all tasks specified in the PWS. • Deliver oversight for all technical approaches, ensuring alignment with performance and schedule requirements. • Manage key project dependencies, resource needs, and integration points across multiple platforms and systems. • Oversee quality control activities to ensure all deliverables meet government standards. • Provide implementation supervision and validation of solutions involving: OpenText (Content Server and AppWorks), Box.com, Salesforce platforms. • Coordinate with cross-functional technical staff to ensure seamless system operation and integration. • Provide structured and timely reporting, including Weekly Status Updates.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing DoD OpenText products, including: Content Server AppWorks solutions
  • Minimum 3 years of experience integrating Box.com and Salesforce applications.
  • OpenText Business Consultant Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Certified Records Manager or Artificial Intelligence Information Management Certified Records Manager Training.
  • Training, experience, and/or certification with: Box.com Salesforce 24.0 and/or previous versions
  • Strong understanding of DoD records management, information governance, compliance, and secure cloud platform usage.
  • Demonstrated experience providing full-spectrum program management in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
  • Expertise overseeing project schedules, technical dependencies, and cross-functional resources.
  • Ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
