Customer Marketing Manager

• Develop customer marketing content, including written case studies, executive narratives, testimonials, blog posts, and digital assets • Partner directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify, capture, develop, and secure approval of compelling stories that demonstrate measurable business outcomes and business transformation. • Conduct customer interviews and translate complex technical and business achievements into engaging, audience-focused narratives. • Ensure all customer-facing content meets Dataiku's standards for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance. • Maintain a pipeline of customer stories aligned to defined content needs and priorities. • Support the growth and activation of Dataiku's customer advocacy ecosystem. • Recruit and coordinate customer advocates in partnership with Customer Success, Account Teams, and Executive Sponsors. • Coordinate customer participation in events, webinars, analyst engagements, media opportunities, product launches, and peer-to-peer activities. • Support a smooth and positive experience for customer advocates throughout their engagement with Dataiku. • Track advocacy activity and identify opportunities to deepen engagement over time. • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Sales, PR, Analyst Relations, and Content teams to deploy customer stories across campaigns, sales enablement, and communications. • Identify opportunities to repurpose and adapt customer content for use across multiple audiences and stages of the customer journey. • Serve as a key liaison across Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Corporate Communications, Field Marketing, and other stakeholders to align customer marketing activities with business priorities. • Manage end-to-end execution of customer marketing initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder communications, approvals, legal reviews, customer permissions, and publication workflows. • Support the identification and prioritization of customer stories, advocates, and reference opportunities based on strategic business needs. • Maintain accurate records of customer references, content assets, advocacy activities, and participation history within Champion and related systems, ensuring materials remain organized, discoverable, and accessible. • Support program reporting, measurement, and performance tracking to help optimize customer marketing and advocacy efforts. • Stay current on customer marketing best practices, advocacy trends, content formats, and emerging technologies. • Explore and leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve content development, customer research, program management, and operational efficiency. • Contribute ideas to improve customer storytelling and content formats that strengthen Dataiku's market presence and customer community.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, advocacy, communications, public relations, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Experience creating customer-facing content such as case studies, customer stories, videos, executive content, blogs, or thought leadership assets.
  • Strong interviewing, writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers, executives, sales teams, and internal partners.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI-powered tools into day-to-day work, including content creation, research, marketing tools, or project management.
  • Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, AI, analytics, data, or technology companies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with customer advocacy, reference management, or community platforms (preferred).
