Qualtrics

At Qualtrics, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform—we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention—but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers. When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the mic and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing. Head of Global Partner Marketing Why We Have This Role We’re looking for an exceptional partner marketing manager and people leader to deliver commercial impact by creating leverage and alignment with our partner ecosystem to both generate demand and drive services and solutions to our customers on a global scale. This person will lead a team in the planning and execution of partner marketing initiatives for global partners including resellers, global system integrators (GSIs), and technology partners. You will guide the development and execution of marketing programs to help recruit and enable effective channel partners worldwide. This leader will communicate and leverage Qualtrics' annual business objectives into powerful marketing and sales campaigns that accelerate partners’ and their customer companies’ awareness and adoption of Qualtrics globally. You will work collaboratively with regional field marketing teams, global channel management, and global sales teams to support and accelerate all partner activities across worldwide markets. How You’ll Find Success - Strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills as you will be required to partner with global marketing organizations, regional sales teams, and worldwide partner networks across diverse regions and cultural contexts. - Possess a strong, practical understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through a global partner ecosystem, including knowledge of channel marketing programs aimed at increasing worldwide channel sell-through. - Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of partner marketers across global or regional boundaries. - Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple complex projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities in a global landscape. - Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels worldwide. - Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred. - Energy and creativity with an ability to think out of the box and engage people, creating fresh ideas for marketing programs that help international partners deliver customer value. - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of global industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify international opportunities for growth and differentiation. How You’ll Grow - By joining Qualtrics, you become part of a team that dares to pursue groundbreaking experiences. Our mission is to build technology that positively impacts businesses and makes them more human. - As a member of our global field marketing organization, you will join a diverse and inclusive community that values the voice of each individual. We strive for representation that reflects the world we live in and goes beyond it. - You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that upholds values such as transparency, whole-hearted commitment, customer obsession, unity, and resourcefulness. - Your responsibilities will include developing a robust marketing strategy and executing plans with unique experiences, programs, and campaigns designed to drive demand and revenue for the US region. - We encourage big-picture thinking and foster an environment that embraces innovation and creativity. You will have the freedom to flex your strategic and tactical skills, all within a fast-paced and high-growth setting. Things You’ll Do - Direct leadership and management of the Global Partner Marketing team, including resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management. - Develop, design, implement, and measure marketing programs for the global ecosystem across all partner types (system integrators, resellers, and technology partners) in collaboration with the partner ecosystem team and regional marketing leadership. - Oversee partner-ready demand creation programs designed to drive new opportunities into the global pipeline, working with product marketing to align joint solution messaging for worldwide go-to-market initiatives. - Collaborate with international field marketing and enablement teams to support global partner readiness and certification. - Identify and develop effective marketing and sales collateral – using both internal and agency resources – for use on the global website and in localized worldwide campaigns. - Manage the end-to-end market development funds (MDF) process globally, including proposal management, team review, compliance, and proof of performance tracking across international regions. What We’re Looking For On Your Resume - 12+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on the B2B technology sector. - 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or channel program management. - 4+ years of experience in a leadership role actively managing and developing a team. - A bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communications; MBA preferred. - Channel-oriented sales experience in the technology industry is a plus. - Strong track record of hiring, building, and retaining talent across diverse environments. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and thrive within ambiguity. - Ability to travel globally as needed to support international partner relationships. You will bring vision, operational excellence, and a strong bias for action to increase industry awareness and category leadership. - Help elevate the client’s market position by driving a steady drumbeat of thought leadership in related emerging technology areas. - Lead always-on awareness programs across owned and adjacent channels, including web, social, webinars, podcasts, email, and executive amplification. - Translate business priorities and product narratives into integrated campaign plans with clear activation, promotion, and measurement approaches. - Recommend content formats, campaign moments, and distribution tactics based on audience needs, channel performance, and business priorities. - Partner with product marketing, regional marketing, digital, analytics, communications, and agency teams to move programs from plan to launch. - Repurpose existing content into channel-ready assets such as webmodules, webinar programs, social series, email promotions, executive talking points, and podcast support materials. - Own end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, timelines, alignment, approvals, QA, publishing, and post-launch optimization. - Manage campaign operations with consistency across channels, regions, and stakeholder groups. - Track performance, surface insights, and recommend optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and efficiency. • We're looking for a funnel builder who can take approved copy and turn it into professional, conversion-focused pages - fast. • You'll serve all pods across our info/coaching division, building landing pages, sales pages, checkout flows, application funnels, webinar registrations, and everything in between. • You work primarily in GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels, with other platforms as needed. • You design and build directly in the builder - no mockup required for most pages. • You need to know what a high-converting page looks like for different funnel types and client contexts, and you need to be able to produce it quickly. • Standard pages and funnels should be done in days, not weeks. • The quality bar: pages look intentional, not like a template. • Checkouts process payments. Forms submit. Links work. Mobile looks good. • When you hand off for MarTech's tech check, they're verifying tracking - not finding broken basics you should have caught. • This isn't a silent execution role. If something in the copy or funnel structure would work better adjusted, you say so. If something's off technically or from a conversion standpoint, you flag it. • Builds are fast and accurate - standard pages/funnels completed in days with minimal rework. • Design decisions make sense for the client and funnel type - you're not applying the same layout to everything. • Pages look polished across devices without needing a designer to hand you a mockup. • Self-QA is thorough - MarTech isn't finding broken links, form errors, or checkout issues. • PMs and strategists know where builds stand without chasing you. • When specs are unclear, you ask. When timelines shift, you communicate early.
