Title and Summary Senior Specialist, Product Delivery About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of solutions across the global payments ecosystem. In this role, you will help bring new capabilities to market by ensuring readiness for deployment, supporting implementation, and enabling adoption across customers, partners, and internal teams. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will support pilot programs and scaled rollouts, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery within the context of modern payment flows and the four-party model. Role Overview Support delivery readiness activities for new solutions and enhancements, ensuring required documentation, training, and processes are prepared for deployment Contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of implementation artefacts, including guides, checklists, and process documentation Assist in developing and delivering training materials for internal and external stakeholders Support pilot implementations, including preparing materials, tracking actions, and capturing learnings Help track project status, metrics, risks, and issues, and provide updates to stakeholders Ensure teams are kept up to date on new capabilities and process changes Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, documentation, and training Support maintenance of a centralized knowledge base and documentation repository Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end delivery readiness for new products, solutions and enhancements Coordinate and support pilot implementations, tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies Assist with project management activities including action tracking and status reporting Support troubleshooting of technical and operational issues during implementation Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives Enable stakeholders through effective training and clear documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations About You Experience in financial services, payments, or a related industry, with understanding of the broader payments ecosystem Strong project coordination and organizational skills Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Effective communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear content Experience creating documentation, training materials, or implementation guides Ability to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with APIs, web services, or cloud platforms is a plus Proficiency in standard business tools such as spreadsheets and presentations Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: - Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices; - Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; - Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and - Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
