Your Role - Provide expert legal counsel in: - Estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives) - Asset protection and business formation - Medicaid and/or special needs planning (where applicable) - Review client information and intake data already gathered by our team. - Conduct thorough consultations—primarily via Zoom—with seniors and their families. - Coordinate with our in-house support staff to ensure a smooth, turnkey client experience from consultation to document execution.
