Legal Operations Analyst
NTT Global Data Centers
• Administer and optimize SharePoint sites for legal documentation and collaboration. • Build and maintain Microsoft Lists for tracking legal requests, contracts, and workflows. • Design and implement Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. • Support contract management systems, including template creation, metadata tagging, and reporting. • Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, presentation and document preparation. • Assist with legal project management, including tracking deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder communications. • Maintain legal department dashboards and reporting tools. • Identify opportunities to improve legal operations processes and implement scalable solutions, specifically including AI functionality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance legal service delivery.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS preferred, or equivalent legal operations experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a legal operations role with a strong technical focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and AI.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., Conga, DocuSign CLM, or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward.
