Senior Legal Specialist

• Support the Head of Legal in managing a global network of legal entities, drafting intercompany agreements, and maintaining meticulous corporate records. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of agreements, including SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SLAs, software licensing, and complex NDAs. • Act as a guardian of the company’s proprietary technology. Manage IP assignments, registrations, and licensing frameworks for software and databases. • Build and scale the "Legal Playbook"—optimizing contract templates, onboarding flows, and internal legal document management processes. • Conduct deep-dive research into international corporate law, jurisdiction-specific compliance, and tax optimization strategies (e.g., IP Box regimes). • Partner with Finance, Product, and IT teams to ensure legal strategies align with business goals.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
- Deep understanding of software-as-a-service business models, licensing, and IT service delivery contracts.
- Ability to draft complex legal documents from scratch in English that are clear, concise, and business-oriented.
- Solid grasp of intellectual property rights (software, trademarks, database rights).
- Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M. in International or Commercial Law is a plus).
- Fluent English (C1/C2) is mandatory. You must be comfortable defending legal positions and negotiating in English.
- Familiarity with CRM or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like Salesforce or similar.

• Work cross functionally to advise operations, product, engineering, and customer care teams on product development and new features • Perform legal research on applicable laws and regulations related to our verticals, new product features, and innovative approaches to marketing • Contract drafting, reviewing, and proofreading (including influencer agreements, freelance writer agreements, master service agreements, DPAs, third-party vendors, etc.) • Think outside the box to develop and enhance processes for legal support of travel, and fintech verticals • Collaborate often with internal stakeholders to execute on cross-company projects • Understand and balance legal risks within the context of a business • Prepare internal training materials for non-legal staff (privilege, confidentiality, influencer negotiations, data protection) • Communicate with outside counsel on a variety of matters including employment law, data protection, and litigation issues
