Role Description Ecolab está buscando un Técnico/a de servicio para unirse a su equipo Nalco Water, líder en la industria. En esta posición, ejecutarás planes de servicio en cuentas estratégicas del distrito, brindarás a los clientes asistencia para resolver problemas y generarás altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente. - Instalación y puesta en marcha de equipos para el tratamiento de agua (equipos de medida y control, filtración, dosificación, etc). - Realizar servicios de mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo de las aplicaciones instaladas en nuestros clientes, incluyendo limpiezas cip de las unidades de filtración por membrana. - Participación en la venta de repuestos. - Colaboración con el equipo de ingeniería en las distintas fases de los proyectos. - Visitar a los clientes, de acuerdo con las normas de seguridad, para medir los resultados al programa de tratamiento diseñado. - Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y servicio de reparación a los equipos de la compañía para asegurar el cuidado y operación de los equipos. - Realizar inspecciones de equipos para monitorear las condiciones y la calidad de la operación, emitiendo los informes correspondientes. - Realizar instalaciones de equipos en los clientes asignados. - Realizar puestas en marcha de equipos en los clientes asignados. - Participar en reuniones con el equipo para mejorar el servicio al cliente. - Documentar y comunicar los servicios entregados al cliente, proporcionando claridad y valor. Qualifications - Estudios técnicos. FPII Electromecánica. - 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos industriales. - Carnet de conducir en vigor. - Manejo de herramientas informáticas.
