Voici comment : - Vous jouerez un rôle déterminant dans l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de notre stratégie et de notre programme de bourses. - Vous gérerez les critères d’admissibilité, les processus et les systèmes de candidature, d’évaluation et d’attribution. - Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des partenaires universitaires, des donateurs, des étudiants et d’autres intervenants. - Notre objectif est d’accorder au moins 500 bourses annuellement. Requirements - De 5 à 8 ans d’expérience professionnelle en gestion de programme dans le secteur caritatif ou des fondations. - Diplôme de premier cycle dans un domaine connexe. - Expérience dans un poste de gestion responsable des collectes de fonds, un atout. - Expérience de travail avec des établissements d’enseignement postsecondaire, un atout. - Expérience de collaboration éprouvée avec des conseils d’administration et des cadres supérieurs. - Excellente maîtrise de l’environnement Google et des outils d’IA. - Maîtrise du français, un atout. - Une connaissance avancée de l'anglais est requise.
