Role Description As a Consultant IV in the Sales Enablement & Operations Department, you will be a part of exciting programs and initiatives centered on redefining our organization’s sales processes and supporting our Salesforce users across the enterprise. This role involves sales process and sales systems consulting. Job Summary: - Serves as a consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. - Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. - Contributes to business strategy and supports organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. - Manages complex projects or project components, participates in and may lead change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. - Supports vendor management as required. - Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures. Qualifications - Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum five (5) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR - Masters degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly related field and Minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR - Minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field. Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in an administrative, team coordination, operations, or project support role. - Diploma, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Experience supporting managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively. - Relevant administrative, project management, or operations-related certification is considered an asset. - Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, initiative, and a customer-service mindset. - Builds effective working relationships and maintains a high level of integrity and accountability. Benefits - Base salary range: $80,000 — $115,000 USD. - Additional discretionary bonuses and equity eligibility for all roles at Compass.
