• Translate third-party logistics (3PL) operational execution into actionable, data-driven insights that improve service reliability, scalability, and financial performance. • Analyze warehouse, transportation, and last-mile performance across the 3PL network to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Own and evolve KPIs related to productivity, utilization, capacity, SLA adherence, service failures, and cost drivers. • Partner with Operations, Transportation, Finance, Technology, Product, Sales, and Client teams to support data-driven decision making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in operations analytics, supply chain analytics, financial analytics, or a logistics/ 3PL environment.
- 3 years Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Exposure to client onboarding, operational launches, or transformations is a plus.
