Full-time, remote, based in the Netherlands, with travel across Benelux. Travel can be up to 75% during peak periods. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, operational excellence, operations consulting, or a closely related environment. - Strong understanding of OEE, downtime, throughput, quality, and operational KPIs. - Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar improvement methods. - Ability to build and defend a practical business case for operational change. - Confidence working with operators, supervisors, CI leads, plant managers, and senior stakeholders. - Comfort with digital tools, dashboards, analytics, MES-adjacent systems, or industrial software. - Fluency in Dutch and English — written and spoken — is required. - Willingness to travel across Benelux.
