Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR
- Good knowledge of labor/employment law, recruiting, payroll, and personnel development
- Experience designing and optimizing HR structures and processes
- Strategic thinking with pragmatic execution
- Proactive approach to issues and clear communication skills
- Genuine interest in people, organizations, and development
