• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple territories, including the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, and other global markets • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to create accurate demand and inventory plans • Build annual, quarterly, and seasonal forecasts to support business growth and production planning • Establish sales quantity plans and allocation strategies across territories and sales channels • Monitor sales performance against forecasts and identify risks, variances, and opportunities • Prepare and distribute weekly reports on sales performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory health • Create and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into key sales and inventory metrics • Monitor inventory levels across channels and territories and identify products at risk of stockout • Proactively communicate replenishment needs to operations and supply chain teams to maintain product availability • Support seasonal pre-order planning by providing accurate demand projections and business insights • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to align forecasting and inventory planning efforts • Support the client with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, in alignment with the role and overall business objectives
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a related analytical role
- Strong experience with forecasting, demand planning, inventory analysis, and performance reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working with multiple sales channels, including e-commerce, wholesale, retail, or marketplace environments
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools for business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, ERP systems, inventory management systems, or reporting tools is highly preferred
- Background in consumer products, apparel, retail, e-commerce, or a related industry is preferred
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
