Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations, business development, digital transformation, sales operations, or training-related roles.
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or enablement programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and operational data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in direct selling, network marketing, e-commerce, health & wellness, or international business environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, automation platforms, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience supporting distributor networks or multi-country operations.
- Additional European language skills are highly desirable.

Role Description Legend Biotech is seeking a Principal Bioinformatician as part of the Early Drug Development team based in Somerset, NJ or Remotely. This role is to support translational strategies across pipeline development programs. He/She will lead computational analyses integrating multi-modality clinical and biomarker datasets to enable mechanism-of-action understanding, patient stratification, pharmacodynamic assessment, etc. to support translational decision-making.
